My Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience working with adults, families and children.
I provide person-centered, strengths-based therapy by creating a safe and comfortable environment. I utilize an attachment focused psychodynamic approach incorporating psycho-education, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness techniques.
Our work together will be collaborative and empower you to develop increased self-awareness and practical coping skills to navigate through life's challenges. I believe that everyone experiences periods of difficulty in their lives, and receiving support through an empathetic, unbiased, caring, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship can greatly help.
Therapy Tailored to Your Unique Journey
Whether you're navigating adoption, processing grief and loss, or exploring your cultural identity, I’m here to support you with warmth, expertise, and a person-centered approach to therapy. Life is complex, and so are the emotions that come with it. My role is to walk with you through these challenges, providing a safe space where your experiences are heard and honored.
Together, we will explore the unique aspects of your life story and work towards healing and growth. You are the expert of your own life, and I believe in a therapeutic process that centers around you—your needs, your values, and your vision for the future.
